"We began as a community art program, but we cannot teach art to a child who is hungry or worried about the safety of their family. First things first, we meet home safety and physical needs then teach beauty, art, and life skills." Jane Waters Thomas, Executive Director
Feed a child...Make their home safe...Remove their fears...Share Love...Teach creativity...Share Beauty
WE focus on strengthening neighborhoods, bringing homes to safety, providing basic physical needs, and teaching life skills. We teach children and families how to improve their lives through education, food, gardening, home safety, and yes the beauty of art. We are a bridge from poverty to possibility and lost to hope. It requires much in love, volunteer resources, and funding.
